A reputed pharmaceutical distribution company is looking for a “Branch Sales Manager” in their Sales & Distribution department for overseeing the sales and managing the branch operations based at Islamabad.
Job Description:
- Developing and implementing sales plans & assessing market conditions and identifying business opportunities.
- Develop action plans and strategies for new business in the region & generate leads for new business and customers in coordination with the Head office team.
- Managing Sales budgets, allocating branch funds, defining financial objectives & drafting forecasts and business plans.
- Ensure that the sales team adheres to the company mission and meets sales targets and recognizing sales staff employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment.
- Maintain stocks & inventory levels & briefing the sales staff on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information from all department at branch.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience preferably pharma sector with proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting tools, and CRM systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven sales success and target driven approach and handle pressure situations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
