Brand Ambassador

The Role

We’re seeking two charismatic individuals — each bringing their own unique style and energy — to help us represent the full spectrum of the Cuzzie’s community, from bold and expressive to smooth and grounded

This role blends creativity, confidence, and culture. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce content that’s educational, entertaining, and true to the Cuzzie’s vibe.

Time Commitment:

• 1–2 full shoot days per month (up to 12 hours each)
• Approx. 24 hours per month total, with flexibility for special campaigns or events
• Minimum one-year commitment (renewed annually based on performance)
• Reliability and punctuality are key — we build our content calendar around you

Responsibilities (Improved Version)

• Serve as the on-camera talent for Cuzzie’s social media and marketing campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more)
• Participate in professional photo and video shoots highlighting our products, culture, and lifestyle
• Represent Cuzzie’s at in-store activations, vendor days, community events, and live streams
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and co-create original, shareable content
• Help develop Cuzzie’s social voice by authentically engaging with followers and encouraging community participation
• Embody and promote the values of a Black-owned cannabis brand that celebrates wellness, culture, and connection
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm on set and during all public appearances

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Projected Total Compensation: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
