Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our products and possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey our brand message. This role involves promoting our offerings, conducting product demonstrations, and gathering valuable customer insights through data collection.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Comfort First at local events, fairs, trade shows, and community gatherings.
  • Set up and manage company displays, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Actively engage with the public — answer questions, share company information, and create a positive impression.
  • Conduct product and service demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and value.
  • Find, schedule, and organize new event and outreach opportunities.
  • Take photos or short videos at events for social media and marketing purposes.
  • Manage social media accounts by creating engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Collect customer information, feedback, and preferences to help improve marketing strategies.
  • Distribute promotional materials and facilitate raffle or giveaway entries.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive awareness, attendance, and lead conversion.
  • Utilize strong communication and public speaking skills to confidently represent the brand.
  • Provide post-event recaps and feedback to management.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to strengthen brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Outgoing, personable, and confident engaging with new people.
  • Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — with strong public speaking ability.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Available for occasional evenings or weekends when events occur.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or event marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media management and brand promotion strategies.
  • Proficiency in collecting and reporting customer data or feedback to support marketing goals.
  • Passionate about community involvement, branding, and creating memorable customer experiences.
