Brand Ambassador

Hearth Wellness is seeking an outgoing and motivated Brand Ambassador to represent our current brands (Shady Extracts and Wudder Ice). You will be responsible for promoting our products, enhancing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement through event marketing, social media, and a positive outlook. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about customer service and possesses strong social media management skills. Starting salary with scheduled increase within 6 months.

Duties

• Actively promote our brand at events, trade shows, and community gatherings to enhance visibility and market presence.
• Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve service.
• Coordinate with social media accounts by creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences and reflects brand values.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Drive product awareness and encourage purchases during events or in-store demonstrations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients and potential customers.

Requirements

• Experience in cannabis related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience in data collection and analysis to support marketing efforts is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and event marketing strategies is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• A passion for sales and marketing with a proactive approach to promoting products.
• Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable but not mandatory; candidates who can communicate in multiple languages will have an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
