As the Brand Ambassador you will be responsible for the creation, distribution, and analysis of marketing content for the company. You will frequently be in front of a camera working closely with our on-staff videographer as video marketing is our highest priority but expect to work with print and still media. You will be responsible for posting content across multiple platforms and fine tuning it to maximize views and ROI. WE CONSIDER OURSELVES AN A+ COMPANY AND ARE LOOKING ONLY FOR AN A+ TEAM PLAYER!

General Job Description
- Work closely with our on-staff videographer to create short and long format videos.
- Willing to be in front of a camera frequently and occasionally behind the camera.
- Willing to drive to shoot on location (mileage reimbursed).
- Help develop a new podcast dedicated to the Colorado Springs community which will require researching content, seeking and scheduling guests, and regularly speaking on the podcast.
- Management of social media accounts to include posting, responding to comments, promoting the brand, and data analytics.
- Ensuring our direct mail marketing is sent out on a regular basis to include handwriting envelopes for higher response rates.
- Oversee Google, YouTube, and Social Media analytics.
- Manage Google PPC ads, keywords, and analytics.
- Create intriguing still content to promote our brand and services.
- Create playlists, post reels, and curate content to drive viewer engagement.
- Website editing and design as needed. SEO strategy implementation.
- Fine tune keywords, titles, and descriptions to maximize ROI.
- Brainstorming new ideas for content generation.
- Writing scripts for future content.
- Developing Drip email campaigns.
- Work with our real estate agents to help them create and distribute their own social media.
- Partake in weekly interdepartmental meetings.
- Willing to work occasional nights and weekends as needed.
- Other assigned tasks as necessary.

What We Offer:
Solid Rock Realty started in 2016 as a one-man operation and has been continuously growing since day 1. We are offering to the Marketing Manager the compensation package below to assist the CEO and COO in this journey as a growing small company.
- Starting Wage: $45,000 annual salary (approx. $21.63/hr).
- Hours: M-F, 8:30-5:00 (30-minute lunch break).
- Driving Mileage Reimbursement, Only Occasional Driving Needed.
- 8 Paid Holidays Off.
- Paid Sick Time – 48 Hours Annual Accrued at a rate of 1 Hr per 30 Hrs Worked.

- 401K Employer Matching Program Up To 5%.
The following benefits begin the first full month after a 60-day probationary period:
