Brand Ambassador / Representative

Description: The Brand Ambassador - Representative, is responsible for promoting an organization’s products or services. Their duties include answering the public’s questions about the Credit Union and it’s offerings, attending events and product launches to report about new products and providing positive feedback about the Credit Union using their digital platforms. Under immediate supervision and in accordance with established credit union policies and procedures and state and federal regulations. Must be familiar with standard business concepts, practices and procedures, and have the ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver pitch presentations to prospective key strategic partners.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plan: (Including SEO, Remarketing, PPC and Banner Ads).
• Spearhead efforts to drive marketing branding initiatives targeting Select Employee Groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong written / oral communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solver.
• Active on social media (Influencer is a plus).
• Experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Interpersonal skills: The ability to motivate or influence others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust.
• The position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time and to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to read, write, speak English.

Education and Other Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A College Degree is preferred.
• At least two years of related experience, preferably within a financial institution, is preferred (credit union experience is a plus).
• Equivalent combination of education, skills, qualifications and experience will be considered.
• All applicants must have a clean criminal background, pass a bondability check and credit check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
