
BRAND DIRECTOR
We are seeking an inspiring, visionary Brand Director to lead and elevate our brand to new heights. As the Brand Director, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing our overall brand strategy across all channels and touchpoints. You will ensure that our brand consistently communicates a strong, cohesive, and compelling identity that resonates with our target audiences and supports our business growth objectives.
You will work closely with senior leadership, creative teams, marketing, and external partners to build brand equity, drive awareness, and position our brand as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and business goals.

- Define the brand architecture, messaging framework, and tone of voice for all communication channels.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the brand and creative teams to deliver exceptional work.

- Oversee the creation of high-impact campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency.

- Manage external agencies, partners, and vendors for creative, PR, and media requirements.

- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to refine branding strategies.

- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all internal and external communications.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and digital teams to ensure brand integration across all initiatives.

- Oversee budgeting, planning, and reporting for all brand activities.

- Drive brand innovation and explore new ways to engage with audiences through digital, experiential, and emerging platforms.

- Act as the brand ambassador internally and externally, ensuring alignment and advocacy at all levels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior brand leadership roles, preferably in high-growth environments or leading agencies.

- Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative direction, and integrated marketing communications.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
