Job Title: Brand Lead

Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST): 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Goal: Own the brand strategy, performance, and client relationship.
Strategy & Vision
- Create, develop, and oversee the overall marketing strategy for the brand
- Define the brand’s goals, messaging, and KPIs
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and differentiation strategies
- Identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages for the brand
- Create content strategies in line with the brand’s overall vision, values, and goals
- Adjust strategies in response to changing market dynamics or performance data
- Use data-driven insights to inform future strategies and optimize brand performance
- Ensure all departmental strategies align with the brand vision
Cross-Department Alignment
- Guide departments on brand tone, objectives, and creative direction
- Approve or provide feedback on major campaign concepts, messaging, or creative ideas
Performance & Reporting
- Review weekly/monthly performance reports from each department lead
- Consolidate and present brand-level performance insights to leadership and client
Communication
- Communicate key updates, approvals, and decisions to the Client, Project Manager, and Department Leads
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to align expectations and ensure strategic coherence
- Serve as the main strategic partner to the client, offering thought leadership and proactive recommendations
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the dedicated Project Manager who assists in overseeing agency teams and requirements, ensuring timely project delivery and quality standards
- Serve as the final approver on all brand assets, communications, and campaigns to maintain consistent brand integrity and compliance
- Lead analysis of market trends and consumer insights to refine strategic approaches
- Manage the brand budget and prioritize marketing investments
- Represent the brand externally during key events and stakeholder interactions
- Mentor junior team members to foster brand consistency and professional development
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 3–5 years’ experience in brand management or marketing, ideally with international or cross-regional team experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into impactful brand initiatives
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external agencies
- Track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing teams
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management)
- Proficiency in ClickUp project management software
