Brand Manager

Empath Health is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that enhance Empath Health’s reputation, foster community engagement, and strengthen our internal culture. You’ll shape our public image, ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, and build meaningful connections with both colleagues and the community.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team through collaboration, innovation, and inclusion
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure brand consistency across campaigns, projects, and communications
• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive community engagement and reach underserved populations
• Leverage digital platforms, data, and analytics to measure campaign success and refine strategies for maximum ROI
• Champion Empath’s mission through communications that engage patients, families, colleagues, and the wider community

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of brand management experience in an agency or in-house setting
• Expertise in campaign management, creative development, team leadership, and ROI measurement
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance coverage
