Roles & Responsibilities –
1. Brand Communication & Marketing
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand tone, voice, and storytelling across all platforms (social, digital, and offline).
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and community initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
- Build communication strategies aligned with company goals and audience psychology.
2. Brand Management & Uniformity
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure uniform visual identity across products, creatives, and platforms.
- Collaborate with design, content, and social media teams to uphold creative consistency and message alignment.
- Monitor brand perception and ensure all public communication reflects Stockwiz’s ethos of trust, innovation, and credibility.
3. Social Media & Digital Branding
- Oversee brand presence across all major social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Plan content calendars, campaign themes, and brand-led initiatives.
- Coordinate with performance marketing teams to integrate organic and paid branding efforts.
4. B2B Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and execute strategic tie-ups, influencer partnerships, and media collaborations.
- Manage co-branding campaigns and joint initiatives to expand Stockwiz’s brand reach.
- Liaise with partner brands, agencies, and event organizers for campaign execution.
5. Multi-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with leadership, product, and marketing teams to align brand messaging and positioning.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and community engagement.
- Manage vendor relations, production houses, and media partners when required.
Requirements –
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or communications.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand storytelling.
- Experience with B2B partnerships, influencer marketing, and campaign collaborations.
- Excellent creative judgment, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments preferred.

Work Schedule –
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Week Offs: 4 per month
- Paid Leaves: 2 per month
