About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to join our growing marketing team in Cincinnati. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead brand development initiatives, drive market positioning strategies, and create compelling consumer experiences that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring brand vision to life

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, traditional, social media)
  • Work closely with creative agencies and internal teams to develop compelling brand content
  • Manage campaign budgets and track ROI to optimize performance
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities

Consumer Insights & Analytics

  • Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform brand decisions
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reporting for leadership
  • Conduct focus groups and consumer research to validate brand strategies
  • Track brand awareness, perception, and loyalty metrics

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Partner with sales teams to ensure brand messaging supports business development goals
  • Collaborate with product development teams on new product positioning
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute brand initiatives
  • Present brand strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of brand management or marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis
  • Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software preferred
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing
  • Experience in relevant industry
  • Agency experience or client-side brand management background
  • Knowledge of Cincinnati/Midwest market dynamics
  • Certification in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
