AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire Brand Manager for its Marketing Department-Head Office based in Karachi.

Role Summary

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing and brand strategies that strengthen our amusement park’s identity, enhance customer engagement, and drive footfall across all outlets nationwide. This role requires creativity, strong market understanding, and the ability to translate customer insights into impactful campaigns and experiences.

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in brand/marketing management (experience in retail, FMCG, or entertainment preferred).
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement and digital marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different cities/outlets.
  • Salary: 100k - 120k

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, identity, and positioning across all outlets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine brand direction.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital) to increase customer footfall.
  • Work with operations and business development teams to develop promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and thematic events.
  • Manage social media presence, influencer collaborations, and community engagement activities.

Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure branding translates into on-ground experiences.
  • Introduce engagement activities (character meet & greet, shows, themed weekends, etc.) that reinforce brand value.
  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and service experience to continuously enhance brand reputation.

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Build alliances with schools, corporates, and partner brands to strengthen brand presence.
  • Oversee co-branding activities and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor ROI of campaigns and report performance metrics (footfall, sales uplift, engagement rate).
  • Conduct brand health analysis and competitor benchmarking.
