We're looking for a Brand Manager who lives and breathes marketing — someone who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and bring a strong design sensibility to every project. You'll lead the development and delivery of digital and social campaigns that build brands, engage audiences, and look exceptional doing it. You should have hands-on experience in marketing, a deep understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to guide creative teams towards visually outstanding and strategically effective work. Previous experience in a marketing or creative agency will be a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of brand and campaign strategies, with a focus on digital and social media.
Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Work closely with creative and design teams to deliver campaigns that are not only effective but visually exceptional.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, digital, media, strategy) to bring brand stories to life.
Conduct market and audience research to inform strategy and creative direction.
Manage client relationships, presenting ideas, reports, and performance insights with confidence and clarity.
Track and analyse social and campaign performance metrics to optimise results and demonstrate ROI.
Stay up to date with marketing and design trends, emerging platforms, and new creative opportunities.
Requirements
5-8 years of relevant marketing experience is essential.
Previous experience in a marketing or creative agency is a major plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and content-led campaigns.
Excellent sense of design and aesthetics, able to evaluate creative work and maintain visual consistency.
Proven ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
