Key Responsibilities:
▪ Brand Strategy & Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to
strengthen Daikan Hospitality Group's presence in the market. Establish clear brand
guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Collaborate with leadership to define the brand’s long-term vision, positioning, and growth
opportunities.
▪ Marketing & Communications: Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, promotional
materials, and digital content that reflect the brand’s identity and appeal to target
customers. Manage the execution of digital marketing efforts including social media,
website content, email marketing, and influencer partnerships. Work closely with the
marketing team to create compelling customer-facing communications that enhance
brand loyalty.
▪ Customer Experience & Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance the overall
customer experience across all restaurants, ensuring consistency in service, ambiance,
and product offerings. Use customer feedback, market research, and analytics to inform
and adjust branding strategies.
▪ Collaboration with Operations: Collaborate with operations teams to ensure brand
standards are met in every location. Work closely with the design team to develop and
implement restaurant interior concepts, uniforms, and other visual elements that align with
the brand.
▪ Market Research & Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor brands, and
customer preferences to keep the brand relevant and competitive. Conduct market
research and consumer insights to inform decision-making and brand innovation.
▪ Budget Management & Reporting: Manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring
efficient use of resources. Track and report on brand performance metrics, customer
satisfaction, and ROI of marketing campaigns.

Education/Qualification, Skills, Competencies and Experience
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s
degree is a plus).
▪ Minimum of 5-8 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in the
food and beverage or hospitality industry.
▪ Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth and
customer engagement.
▪ Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and consumer behaviour.
▪ Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present and influence at all levels.
▪ Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
▪ Creative thinking with a passion for food, hospitality, and customer experience.
▪ Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
▪ Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
▪ Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
