Brand Manager

Al Khayyal Group Trading & Investment, a prestigious, forty-year-old family business in the UAE's trade and investment sector, is seeking an exceptional Brand, Visual Content & Influencer Relations Manager.

This is a critical, hands-on role where you will be responsible for defining, protecting, and amplifying the company's image. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend strategic brand management with rapid visual content creation (design and video editing) and possess a proven track record in securing impactful partnerships with local influencers and celebrities.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

1. Online Reputation Management (ORM) & Crisis Control

• Actively monitor and professionally manage the company’s digital reputation across all platforms, especially Google My Business reviews and social media.
• Develop and implement rapid response plans for any negative press or reputation crises.
• Ensure all customer complaints and reviews are handled diplomatically and consistently across the brand.

2. Visual Content Production & Branding

• Lead the design and production of all essential visual brand content.
• Demonstrate proficiency in video editing/montage to quickly create or modify short-form, high-quality video content for immediate use in marketing and reputation responses.
• Oversee basic graphic design tasks (infographics, social media visuals) to ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines.

3. Influencer & Stakeholder Relations

• Identify, build, and manage successful strategic relationships with relevant influencers and public figures in the UAE's real estate and investment sectors.
• Negotiate and execute influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and trust.
• Serve as the primary liaison for media and PR communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,400.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Brand Management: 4 years (Required)
• Real Estate: 2 years (Required)
• Visual Content Software: 3 years (Required)
• video editing software: 3 years (Required)

Location:

Willingness to travel:
