Roles
- Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, ensuring strong satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the key point of contact for brand growth on ecommerce platforms like Amazon & Flipkart
- Coordinate with internal teams for cataloging, compliance, and advertising execution
- Support ecommerce strategy implementation and brand performance improvement
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored growth strategies for clients across marketplaces
- Monitor KPIs including sales, orders, inventory, and advertising performance
- Provide operational support including cataloging, listing, and compliance resolution
- Coordinate paid ad campaigns with the internal digital team
- Communicate updates, performance insights, and opportunities with clients regularly
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports and growth metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Any field) – SSLC or Degree Marks Card required for onboarding
- Strong interpersonal, communication & documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously
- Basic understanding of eCommerce (Amazon/Flipkart preferred)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to work in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Commitment of minimum 1 year mandatory as this is a client-facing role
- Monday to Saturday working | Sunday week off
