About the Role
The Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping, strengthening, and protecting Aevier’s brand identity across all touchpoints. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour. The Brand Manager will lead brand storytelling, campaign planning, retail branding, dealer communication, and digital presence, ensuring that Aevier’s tone, aesthetics, and experience remain consistent and elevated.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and implement brand-building strategies that align with Aevier’s luxury positioning.
- Strengthen the brand’s narrative, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Ensure brand compliance across all internal and external communications.
2. Campaign & Communication Management
- Conceptualise and execute marketing campaigns for product collections, dealer events, activations, and launches.
- Write and refine copy for ad campaigns, product descriptions, brochures, presentations, and social media.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, production teams, and in-house designers to deliver premium-quality outputs.
3. Dealer & Market Support (B2B Focus)
- Support Business Development Managers with brand communication materials and training.
- Create brand kits, catalogues, lookbooks, event branding templates, and dealer support assets.
4. Digital & Social Media Oversight
- Guide content direction for social media to maintain brand voice and luxury aesthetics.
- Approve final creatives, reels, storytelling, and brand messaging for digital platforms.
- Oversee influencer collaborations and ensure alignment with the brand’s target audience (HNI, UHNI).
5. Event & Activation Branding
- Create branding concepts for dealer events, in-store activations, kiosks, and special showcases.
- Coordinate production of displays, backdrops, brand walls, and premium experience setups.
7. Performance Monitoring
- Track brand performance across digital, dealer channels, and customer touchpoints.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research within the luxury accessories and jewellery sector.
- Present monthly brand updates and insights to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communication, Fashion Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in luxury / jewellery / premium retail.
- Strong command over brand storytelling, communication, and design aesthetics.
- Proficiency in working with creative & digital agencies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an understanding of luxury consumer psychology.
- Ability to travel when required (dealer visits, events, collaborations).

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
