:About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager with deep experience in managing brands within the Agriculture, OPE (Outdoor Power Equipment), Farm Machinery, or Tools sector. This role requires someone who understands farmer behaviour, dealer dynamics, channel marketing, and product positioning in a fast-paced industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in brand building, product storytelling, dealer engagement, and campaign execution for agricultural or industrial machines.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and strengthen brand identity for our agricultural machinery and tools portfolio.
- Position products effectively for farmers, distributors, and OEM partners.
- Build brand playbooks, guidelines, and communication narratives tailored to the agriculture ecosystem.
Campaigns & Communication
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, dealer networks, rural marketing, exhibitions, and field demos.
- Oversee product launch plans for new machines (tillers, implements, harvesters, power tools, etc.).
- Manage agency partners for creatives, videos, brochures, and rural activation programs.
Dealer & Channel Marketing
- Support distributors with marketing assets, market-specific campaigns, and POS materials.
- Develop retail visibility programs for dealer outlets and service points.
- Strengthen brand presence at agri expos, demonstration events, and farmer gatherings.
Market Research & Insights
- Track competitor brands (OPE, tillers, tractors, attachments, etc.) and update leadership with insights.
- Understand farmer pain points, seasonal cycles, and regional buying behaviour.
- Collaborate with product teams to align branding with performance USPs.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a marketing team handling digital, design, and on-ground activation.
- Ensure smooth coordination with Sales, Product, and After-Sales teams for unified brand messaging.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor brand KPIs: awareness, recall, dealer satisfaction, and campaign ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently with strong accountability.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7–10 years of brand management experience in Agriculture Machinery, Power Equipment, Tools, OEM, or Industrial Machinery.
- Proven success in running rural marketing campaigns and product launch strategies.
- Strong understanding of dealer networks, farm cycles, and machinery ecosystem.
- Leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership.
