Brand Manager – Pediatric Therapy Company

JOB TITLE: Brand Manager
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Marketing and Recruiting
FLSA STATUS: Exempt

Overview

Therapy 2000 is growing rapidly across Texas, and we are ready to elevate how families, referral sources, and clinicians experience our brand. The Brand Manager will be the steward of Therapy 2000’s voice, presence, and storytelling across all digital and community-facing channels. This role blends strategic marketing, brand development, recruitment marketing, and hands-on campaign execution.

The Brand Manager ensures that Therapy 2000 shows up consistently, authentically, and compellingly—whether in rural “desert” markets, new expansion regions, or established urban hubs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Define, refine, and protect Therapy 2000’s brand identity.
  • Develop recruitment campaigns for SLP, OT, and PT hiring pipelines.
  • Build marketing strategies targeting rural and urban regions across Texas.
  • Oversee website messaging, SEO strategy, and digital experience.
  • Manage content production across social media, email, and website.
  • Strengthen community and referral engagement with clear communication.
  • Own the creative calendar and campaign pipeline.
  • Partner with HR, Recruiting, Clinical Leadership, and Operations.
  • Track brand and recruitment marketing KPIs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all public-facing communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or recruitment marketing.
  • Strong experience building and managing digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and messaging development skills.
  • Strong vendor and project management experience.
  • Ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or pediatric therapy is preferred.

Within 6 months, the Brand Manager has:
  • Unified Therapy 2000’s voice across all platforms.
  • Strengthened recruitment marketing results in critical regions.
  • Increased brand visibility and engagement.
  • Built a predictable and aligned content cadence.
  • Established strong cross-functional partnership across departments.
