The Opportunity
As Marketing Executive, and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing effective marketing plans to promote and drive sales of our luxury Niche fragrance products across the Saudi Arabian market.
You will collaborate with the regional Marketing team to define and implement the marketing plans in line with the brands' strategies while utilizing local consumers' insights.
What you'll get to do
- Work closely with the Marketing teams on the new launches and animations to increase brand visibility and drive sales in the high-end fragrance market.
- Monitor and report on the results of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Plan and implement activities, events, and product launches in coordination with the retail & sales team based on the key seasonal period.
- Ensure that saleable and promotional elements are forecasted in the CPS tool and available in advance to invoice for stores as per the calendar.
- Ensure that the digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, and online advertising) are localized and adapted to drive brand engagement and increase customer acquisition.
- Manage and track the marketing budget to ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Conduct market visits and research to identify key trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify new opportunities and innovative tactics in stores and in the media scene.
- Manage with the brand team and PR agencies the local influence scene, and industry experts to generate positive brand exposure.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or working in the high-end industry in Saudi Arabia
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Collaborative nature, ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for the fragrance industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and influencers.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of client service and shopper experience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
