Job Summary
We are looking for a Brand Manager with strong creativity, strategic thinking, and experience in the real estate sector. You will develop and manage the brand identity of the company and individual real estate projects — from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand identity for the company and its projects (logo, color palette, visual language, brand book, sales materials).
- Define positioning and target audience for each project and ensure consistent communication style.
- Create naming, visual concepts, and marketing campaigns for new developments.
- Work closely with designers, marketing team, and external partners.
- Support brand campaigns, marketing materials, and presentations for investors and clients.
- Ensure that all communication meets brand standards and reflects the company’s values.
- Oversee social media presence, PR activities, and influencer collaborations.
- Coordinate between development, marketing, and sales teams.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in real estate branding and marketing (required).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Understanding of Dubai real estate market (experience with major developers is an advantage).
- Strong eye for design, composition, and aesthetics.
- Ability to work with designers, photographers, and contractors.
- Project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail, emotional balance, and professionalism.
