We are hiring a Brand Manager (Spirits)!

We are looking for a team member who perceives different perspectives and cultures as assets, learns from others, enjoys and gets inspired by innovation in a volatile environment and inspires others to find the best in themselves.

What will a Brand Manager (Spirits) do at Anadolu Efes?

• Proactively identifies tactical opportunities for the business, and support the marketing manager in recognizing strategic opportunities for the business by analyzing all relevant data,
• Delivers & executes short & long-term brand strategies and plans,
• Supports & follows the process of product development, packaging, pricing, positioning of the products related to the brand,
• Tracks annual budget for the brand,
• Follows up Digital, Event, and PR activities to strengthen the competitive advantage of the brand by working closely with the Brand Communication Teams,
• Develops and executes effective channel activities and volume-driving incentives by working closely with Trade Marketing Teams.

What are the qualifications we look for in a Brand Manager (Spirits) at Anadolu Efes?

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Minimum 4-5 years of brand marketing experience in FMCG,
• A positive and can-do attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
• Passion for the industry at large and associated culture,
• Strong communication skills that will enable you to thrive in a challenging and exciting work environment,
• Excellent organization, planning, time and budget management skills,
• Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make an analysis without getting lost in details,
• Skilled at generating innovative ideas and new initiatives that drive sales growth and brand love,
• Willing to travel as required and ability to work in a flexible schedule,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and preferably Nielsen Answers database
• Fluent in English
