Working as Marketing Manager for Faces, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of marketing activities, helping the brand reach the right people and building brand awareness across the regions. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity to this role and build the annual marketing strategy, with a strong 360 background, (Middle East market knowledge is preferred.) You will oversee Faces main markets including: UAE, KSA and Egypt, where we have 57 stores + Ecommerce.

Marketing Role & Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly into the Director Of Marketing, you will lead all aspects of marketing activities for Faces including brand identity development, campaigns, tactical promotions, media planning as well as product development and research.
  • Working closely with the PR agency for annual PR strategies and ensuring the PR strategy is aligned for all campaigns, activations and events (inclusive of execution.)
  • Working closely with the internal Media team for media buying and planning.
  • Working closely and building relationships with various beauty partner brands on marketing collaborations
  • Working closely with the Creative Team to create concepts & assets for campaigns
  • Production planning, organization and execution for shoots/campaigns
  • Create the marketing strategy and calendar for the year in line with the wider team to achieve business goals
  • Executing the marketing plan from ideation to execution
  • Follow up closely on the plans implementation, schedule and activities in all concerned markets
  • Working closely with the internal social media team to build our brand through social channels
  • Manage and coordinate with concerned parties / departments for the execution of campaigns
  • Organise, attend events, and exhibitions.
  • Work with the central strategy team to carry out local market research, customer survey, assessing customer demands, brand positioning, monitor competitors activities, and evaluating market campaigns
  • Review and over-see all copy and content to make sure communications are consistent and on brand
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Build strategic relationships internally and externally to deliver the best outcome.
  • Understanding of CRM and e-commerce to drive conversion.
  • Manage the marketing budget and keeping track of expenses.
  • Managing direct reports and developing their skillsets
