Role Overview

We are seeking a Brand Operations Manager to lead the operational backbone of NAFAS. This role is responsible for ensuring that all moving parts of the business — from communicating with supply chain and logistics to production flow and partner coordination — work in complete harmony. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing processes, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling the brand to scale efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer experience.

This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building structure in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end operational functions across the brand

- Manage logistics, fulfillment, and vendor relationships

- Drive process optimization and efficiency across teams and partners

- Ensure seamless alignment between operations, production, and commercial teams

- Monitor and improve supply chain performance and delivery timelines

- Implement systems and tools to enhance scalability and operational visibility

- Maintain strong communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in beauty, fragrance, or consumer brands from a brand standpoint

- Strong understanding of operations, logistics, and supply chain management

- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills

- Hands-on, solutions-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Must have prior experience working in the UAE and currently be based in the UAE
