The Role

We’re looking for a Brand & Partner Engagement Specialist who thrives on connection. This one-year, full-time role (with potential for extension) is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing partnerships, and representing a brand with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll help expand Alerion’s presence across North Carolina and beyond by engaging with referral partners, local communities, and aligned luxury service providers. While a polished marketing sense is important, your true impact will come from the relationships you cultivate and the opportunities you create through authentic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership & Community Engagement

  • Represent Alerion at networking events, private gatherings, and industry conferences.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with strategic partners — from real estate professionals and designers to luxury service providers.
  • Identify local and regional opportunities for brand collaboration, sponsorships, and cross-promotions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, consistently communicating Alerion’s values and vision through personal connection.

Brand Visibility & Marketing Support

  • Support campaigns and initiatives that highlight Alerion’s partnerships and community involvement.
  • Oversee updates to digital channels and ensure consistent brand presence across touchpoints.
  • Contribute to event planning, client experiences, and curated partner activations.
  • Provide input on creative projects — from photography to presentation materials — that tell the story of Alerion’s network and lifestyle.

Business Development Collaboration

  • Partner with leadership to identify new relationship-driven growth opportunities.
  • Track engagement metrics, partnership performance, and outreach efforts to inform strategy.
  • Help shape Alerion’s presence in new markets through thoughtful introductions and collaborations.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or hospitality.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for meeting people and building trusted relationships.
  • Poised, articulate, and confident representing a luxury lifestyle brand.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with an eye for detail and presentation.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and light content creation (social media, Canva/Adobe).
  • Willingness to travel between Charlotte, Blowing Rock, and other locations nationally as needed.
