About The Role

We're hiring a Brand Reputation Manager to own all brand messaging, social presence, and content planning across platforms. You'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content calendars — driving engagement and authority for our U.S. solar brand.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business
  • Develop content calendars, captions, and short-form scripts for videos and ads
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and media buyers to align visuals and messaging
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and design across all digital channels
  • Write clear, high-performing copy for posts, ads, and web content
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize based on data
  • Coordinate with the Community Manager for review responses and engagement boosts
  • Oversee content archives and asset management

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in content or social media management (U.S. audience preferred)
  • Excellent English writing and storytelling skills
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and engagement trends
  • Experience managing content calendars and multi-channel publishing
  • Proficiency with Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (for light design edits)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
