About The Role
We're hiring a
Brand Reputation Manager
to own all brand messaging, social presence, and content planning across platforms. You'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content calendars — driving engagement and authority for our U.S. solar brand.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business

Develop content calendars, captions, and short-form scripts for videos and ads

Collaborate with graphic designers and media buyers to align visuals and messaging

Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and design across all digital channels

Write clear, high-performing copy for posts, ads, and web content

Track engagement metrics and optimize based on data

Coordinate with the Community Manager for review responses and engagement boosts

Oversee content archives and asset management
Skills & Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in content or social media management (U.S. audience preferred)

Excellent English writing and storytelling skills

Deep understanding of social media algorithms and engagement trends

Experience managing content calendars and multi-channel publishing

Proficiency with Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (for light design edits)
