Role Overview
We’re building a multi-disciplinary tech team — part developer, part designer, part dreamer — to shape Earthana’s digital presence. Your mission: build, operate, evolve, design, execute and Lead Earthana’s digital brand evolution — turning ideas into impactful narratives and campaign success. Direct social media, content production, and marketing activations that amplify visibility across industries. Uphold creative excellence through strong brand guidelines and cross-functional coordination. Analyze audience data and leverage AI workflows to drive smarter, faster brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead brand strategies across all digital platforms to enhance Earthana’s visibility, storytelling, and public engagement.
- Design and manage social media ecosystems — content calendars, brand aesthetics, and storytelling formats for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube that reflect Earthana’s vision in sustainability, architecture, and AI innovation.
- Oversee digital marketing activities , including SEO, SEM, paid ads, influencer partnerships, and analytics dashboards to measure reach, conversion, and engagement.
- Create and supervise engaging content — written, visual, and multimedia — tailored for each in-house brand (RAS, Gridwise, Metrum Works, Arthasaarthi, Heritage Pulse).
- Plan and direct ad campaigns, photoshoots, and video productions , ensuring aesthetic alignment and consistency across digital and print media.
- Collaborate with creative, AI, and product design teams to ensure all visual and digital assets uphold Earthana’s sustainability and innovation ethos.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines , ensuring uniformity in tone, design, and digital behavior across all communication channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and consumer insights to drive data-backed marketing and content strategy refinements.
- Coordinate public relations and external communications , preparing press releases, media kits, and strategic collaborations with institutions or design forums.
- Lead AI-assisted creative integrations , exploring tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Figma AI to enhance productivity in content creation and campaign ideation.
- Organize and manage brand events or webinars , supporting community engagement for Earthana’s heritage and sustainable design initiatives.
- Report insights and growth outcomes to the leadership team, aligning communication objectives with overall company goals.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in communication design, brand design, or creative marketing, preferably across diverse industries (design, architecture, sustainability, or tech). 5+ years for Manager role. 0 to 3 years for Junior role, 3 to 5 years for senior role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, design psychology or related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing or related creative/design fields are preferred.
- Proven ability to lead brand strategies and campaigns , from concept to production.
- Hands-on expertise in: UI/UX and digital storytelling (Figma, Adobe XD), Motion graphics, publication design, and visual systems, Photoshoot planning, video production, and campaign supervision
- Experience managing cross-functional creative teams and coordinating with marketing, tech, or product teams.
- Demonstrated familiarity with AI-powered design workflows and analytics tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interface with leadership and clients.
- Excellent eye for detail, typography, layout, and responsive design.
- Based in or willing to work from Little Mount, Chennai.

- Prior experience in a startup ecosystem or tech-creative lab.
- Exposure to sustainability-centric digital projects.
- Strong sense of brand storytelling and design aesthetics.
