Branding and Corporate Communications Manager - Dubai

Job Objective: To develop, lead, and execute the organization's brand and corporate communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values. The role focuses on enhancing brand equity, building a strong corporate reputation, and ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all internal and external touchpoints. The manager will serve as a brand guardian, driving strategic initiatives to support business growth, stakeholder engagement, and long-term sustainability while positioning the organization as a trusted leader in the healthcare sector.

Job Description:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define, develop, and implement the corporate brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Corporate Communications Leadership: Drive a cohesive corporate communications strategy across internal and external channels.
  • Campaigns & Events Management: Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns for major milestones, events, and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement: Partner with senior leadership, including the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and President, to align brand strategy with organizational priorities.
  • Digital & Media Oversight: Oversee corporate social media platforms to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging content.
  • Governance & Compliance: Enforce compliance with brand guidelines and corporate communication policies across all regions.

General Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring all communications reflect the organization's values and standards.
  • Develop and monitor annual brand and communications budgets.
  • Lead internal communications efforts to foster employee engagement and alignment.
  • Prepare regular reports on brand performance, campaign results, and communications effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing needs are integrated into corporate initiatives.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and global best practices.
  • Support crisis management efforts with clear, consistent, and timely communication strategies.
