The Bridal Merchandiser supports the merchandising and operational functions related to the bridal and loose diamond categories, including engagement rings, wedding bands, and certified stones. This role works closely with the Sr. Bridal Buyer to ensure efficient product flow—from receiving and tagging to allocation, data entry, and in-store presentation.
Based in the Gem Lab at the Village District, the Merchandiser also manages shipments, and returns, ensuring accurate inventory management and strong in-store execution that supports an exceptional bridal and diamond client experience. This is a five-day-a-week role and includes Saturday work.

Receive bridal jewelry, engagement ring mountings, and loose diamond deliveries against open purchase orders.

Verify product details, quality, and counts upon arrival.

Upload accurate product photos, certifications, and data into the Adaptive merchandising system as part of the receiving workflow.

Ensure accuracy in diamond grading details, certification tracking, and product descriptions.

Tag all bridal and loose diamond merchandise with proper SKUs, descriptions, and pricing.

Coordinate and process product transfers to store locations based on sales trends, assortment plans, and event needs.

Maintain organized inventory storage and tracking for both asset and memo goods, including diamond parcels and certified stones.

Manage outbound shipments for store distribution, client appointments, and bridal or diamond events.

Process returns to vendor (RTVs) and facilitate communication with vendors as needed.

Track, ship, and reconcile repairs, resets, and custom bridal orders.

Partner closely with the Sr. Bridal Buyer to execute merchandising strategies and seasonal assortments for both bridal and loose diamonds.

Communicate regularly with store teams and crossfunctional partners to ensure accurate product flow, timely replenishment, and effective instore presentation.

Support preparation and execution of bridal and diamond trunk shows, events, and client viewings.

24 years of experience in retail merchandising, jewelry, or luxury goods; experience with bridal or diamond categories preferred.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency with merchandising software, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fastpaced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with buyers, store teams, and vendors.
