Role: Bridal Sales & Site Supervisor

Job Type: Part Time (Thursday - Sunday)

Salary: Hourly Rate + Commission

Pantora Bridal is opening its doors in Baltimore, and we’re looking for a strong, service-minded leader to help bring our newest store to life. The Sales & Site Supervisor is a keyholder and team lead who plays an integral role in daily operations, client experience, and retail performance. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-first, high-touch retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, offering support and guidance during appointments and peak hours
  • Open and close the store with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Manage the appointment calendar, team coverage, and daily schedule
  • Act as a point of contact for store matters, assisting with client communication and order follow-ups
  • Consistently meet and exceed personal and store sales goals through intentional, client-centered service
  • Maintain accurate appointment notes, client communications, and order timelines
  • Provide expert product and industry knowledge, clearly communicating garment fit and construction
  • Ensure consistent store upkeep, product presentation, and supply management
  • Support showroom operations including inventory checks, product receiving, and stockroom organization
  • Help drive a positive and productive sales culture through coaching and team collaboration
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members
  • Collaborate with our Brooklyn team on systems, store updates, and operational improvements

Who You Are:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within bridal, luxury retail, or fashion
  • Experienced in leading a small team and maintaining high service standards
  • Operationally strong, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and appointment-based scheduling
  • Detail-oriented and accountable, with a hands-on approach to store operations and clear confident communication
  • Skilled in clienteling, sales strategy, and brand presentation
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools for scheduling, POS, and CRM
  • Body positive with strong knowledge of garment construction, the special order process, and client lifecycle
  • Able to work weekends, stand for extended hours, and lift merchandise
  • Multilingual is a plus

Location & Travel: This position is based in our new Baltimore location. Occasional travel to Brooklyn for training or company events may be required.
