Job Title: Building Automation Controls Installer / Technician
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Commercial Construction)
Pay: $30–$45/hr DOE + Benefits + Growth Path

We are hiring experienced BAS Installers who take pride in their work and want to grow their career.
If you have a background in HVAC controls, low-voltage electrical, or commercial mechanical/electrical installation, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Install and terminate low-voltage control wiring for HVAC/BAS systems
• Mount and wire DDC controllers, sensors, actuators, relays, and control panels
• Read control drawings & mechanical plans to execute accurate installations
• Support system startup, testing, and troubleshooting
• Work professionally on active commercial construction sites
• Maintain organization, quality, and safety at all times

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of BAS, HVAC controls, commercial electrical, or similar experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and control wiring
• Ability to read wiring diagrams / control drawings
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with BACnet / Modbus networks
• Experience with Delta, JCI, Siemens, Trane, Honeywell, Distech, etc.
• Bluebeam / AutoCAD markup familiarity

Compensation

• $30–$45/hr depending on experience and capability
• Overtime available
