Building Maintenance Technician

Position: Building Maintenance Technician (Handyman Services)
Location: Multiple Dental Offices – Austin, TX Area

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of our dental offices across the Austin area. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in general maintenance and handyman services, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for staff and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic carpentry, painting, and drywall touch-ups.
• Inspect and maintain lighting, fixtures, and common areas to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
• Clean and maintain air vents and HVAC grilles.
• Address minor plumbing issues such as sink drain clogs and leaks.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify potential maintenance needs.
• Respond to on-call maintenance requests as needed.

Schedule:

• Regular maintenance visits at least once per week, with additional on-call availability for urgent repairs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or related handyman services.
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to travel between office locations.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Clean background check and driving record.
