Building Maintenance Technician

Good day, we are looking for a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure that our building facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, fixtures, and systems.
• Repair doors, windows, drywall, flooring, and other structural components.
• Replace light bulbs, filters, and other consumable items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Assist contractors and vendors during specialized repair or installation work.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain accurate maintenance logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in building or facility maintenance (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• NOC must be available.
