Position: Business Analyst – Lending (Banking Domain)

• BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent qualification.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Loans domain , particularly in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) . The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of retail and corporate lending processes, business requirements gathering, and end-to-end functional testing within the banking ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and process flow documents for lending systems (LOS/LMS).
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
• Support UAT and assist in validation of business processes and functionalities.
• Identify process gaps and propose effective solutions or system enhancements.
• Perform data and functional analysis for lending-related modules (retail/corporate).
• Ensure compliance with banking standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain .
• Strong knowledge of Loan Origination and Loan Management systems.
• Good understanding of lending lifecycle – application, sanction, disbursement, servicing, and closure.
• Experience in preparing requirement documentation and managing UAT cycles .
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with core banking or digital lending platforms will be an added advantage.
