We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with key stakeholders to implement solutions that drive operational efficiency and support the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for new initiatives, projects, or changes to existing processes.
- Analyze and document business needs and technical specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Process Mapping & Improvement:
- Develop detailed process models, business process flows, and use cases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management based on data analysis.
- Project Support:
- Assist in the development of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Support project managers in ensuring successful implementation of business solutions.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Testing & Validation:
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new or enhanced solutions.
- Change Management:
- Support the change management process by preparing end-users for new solutions and providing training and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages is an advantage.
- Certifications:
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
