Role Overview
We are seeking a
Business Analyst
to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, operations, and technical teams. The role focuses on capturing, analyzing, and translating logistics workflows and system integration requirements - including integrations with
CCS, OSS, ZATCA, GACA
, and other external entities - into clear, actionable documentation that supports successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, validate, and document requirements.

Analyze and document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development and integration teams.

Support system integration projects, particularly those involving API-based workflows (REST/SOAP) and data mapping.

Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Act as the liaison between business users, vendors, and IT teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.

Prepare detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and interface documentation using tools such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, and Confluence.

Provide analytical support for data-driven logistics workflows, including tracking, customs declarations, and warehousing processes.

Ensure compliance and consistency across logistics systems and external integrations.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within logistics, customs, supply chain, or transportation domains.

Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies — including requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT coordination.

Hands-on experience with system integration projects and API-based workflows (REST/SOAP, data mapping).

Ability to produce comprehensive gap analyses and clearly defined documentation.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business, vendor, and technical teams effectively.

Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and Lucidchart.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
