Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data-related solutions effectively address business needs. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements while supporting the successful delivery of data and analytics projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements for data warehouse and integration projects.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and verify that deliverables meet business expectations.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and process flows to support project transparency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.


Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts and data integration techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of banking domain processes is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration , Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst , preferably within data or analytics projects.
