Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage inbound sales lead qualification and follow-up, recording and tracking leads in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to support decision-making and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct business process mapping and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in preparing and sending client quotations, coordinating approvals, and maintaining quotation records.
- Support digital coordination tasks including social media content posting and campaign monitoring to aid marketing efforts.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and client satisfaction.
- Utilize digital business tools and automation, including AI-powered communication tools like ChatGPT, for client correspondence and content creation.
- Coordinate logistical support such as transportation bookings relevant to business operations (Uber, Rapido, Porter).
- Maintain data confidentiality, integrity, and professional office operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and lead management platforms like Just Dial.
- Excellent communication skills for professional client interaction across channels (email, WhatsApp, phone).
- Proven ability to multitask, organize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prior experience in sales support, CRM management, or business analytics preferred.
