Job Overview: Business Analyst

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with strong ability in Salesforce solutions and hands-on pre-sales experience. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology solutions, drive client discussions, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and support pre-sales activities including proposal creation, demos, and solution pitches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to design and optimize Salesforce functionalities (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities: solution design, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, demos, and proposal support.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
• Stay updated with Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong understanding across Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).
• 3+ years’ pre-sales experience in solution design, proposal response, customer demos and client engagement.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).
• Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, or Architect) preferred.
