About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the technical team- understanding business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring smooth project execution from requirement gathering to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with clients to gather, understand, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to update on project progress and manage expectations effectively.
• Perform requirement analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies for new and ongoing projects.
• Support pre-sales and proposal development activities by preparing documentation and assisting with solution design.
• Ensure project deliverables align with client objectives and business goals.
• Act as a key liaison between the client and technical team throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company (software/web/app development preferred).
• Sound technical understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in handling clients independently and managing end-to-end project communication
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, MS Office, or similar BA tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
