Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the business model and its integration with technology, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather information, and synthesize data to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that business needs are met through effective solutions and processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Document business requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to create detailed documentation and reports. - Familiarity with process modeling techniques and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
