Position overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions — working closely with Project Managers, UI/UX Developers (Philippines), Digital Marketing Team Leads, and international clients (especially from Australia) to translate complex requirements into innovative, scalable solutions.

You will play a crucial role in driving business growth, improving processes, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, user journeys, and system workflows

Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable technical requirements

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency

Analyze digital marketing trends and data to guide business strategy

Prepare data-driven reports using BI tools for decision-making

Serve as a key liaison between business teams and development teams

Ensure alignment of deliverables with cross functional collaboration

Support the UI/UX and development teams by clarifying requirements and resolving roadblocks

Monitor emerging trends in the IT and digital space

Provide insights to improve product offerings and customer experience

Required:

1.He/she Must have 2 to 3 hands on experience on business analyst role (preferred : strong knowledge in tech and digital platform)

2. He/she must have good communication skill and proficiency in English in order to communicate with stakeholders.

3.Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies, requirements documentation, and frameworks

4. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to efficiently solve complex problems, look beyond obvious solutions, and experiment with different approaches.
