We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership qualities, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to guide teams toward successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into actionable functional specifications.
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration: Lead cross-functional discussions, guide junior analysts, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate current workflows and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support project execution.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and accurate delivery.
  • Feature Enhancement: Identify opportunities to propose and implement additional features that add business value and improve customer experience.
  • Project Coordination: Support project planning, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet timelines and objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in validation and testing to ensure solutions align with business requirements and quality standards.
  • Risk & Impact Analysis: Identify potential challenges in project requirements or implementation and propose effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst ( IT domain).
  • Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in creating business documentation, process flows, and analytical reports.
  • Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
