Business Analyst

Mandatory Skills

 Business analysis experience in sales operations or revenue

operations domain, focused on data visualizations.

 Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements

into actionable specifications.

 Experience in defining KPIs and metrics across customer lifecycle

(ARR, MRR, churn, renewal rate, pipeline coverage, forecast

accuracy).

 Exposure to data visualization concepts (not hands-on

development).

 Skilled in stakeholder engagement with RevOps, SalesOps, Sales,

Customer Success, and Finance teams.

 Proficiency in creating user stories, functional specifications,

wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

 Experience with UAT coordination and supporting QA processes.

Good to have skills

 Understanding of data architecture principles for effective handoff to

technical teams.

 Change management and post-deployment validation experience.

 Experience translating business requirements to technical teams

related to Salesforce or other CRMs.
