Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst (BA) will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement solutions that align with business objectives. The BA will bridge the gap between business needs and technology by gathering requirements, conducting research, and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.

· Create BRD, FRD, SRS, Business Case Document, Gap Analysis document, Process flow Diagram, User Stories, User Case, Test Cases, UAT Plan, Risk assessment & Mitigation Plan.

· Identify process inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.

· Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement business solutions.

· Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.

· Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.

· Support project management efforts, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines.

· Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews.

· Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, business models, and requirement specifications.

· Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

· 2-3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role.

· Preferably worked in Travel industry before.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI).

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.

· Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
