Business Analyst

• 3+ years business systems analysis experience for large projects or programs of work.
• Experience in the development of documentation of business process, requirements and business cases in non-technical language, clearly articulating benefits.
• Experience conducting Demo’s and workshops for requirements gathering and validation including working with both internal and external technical experts Knowledge of information systems development, testing principles, project methodologies
• Define best practices for solution design, solution development, systems configuration, issue identification, and resolution.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Deep dive a variety of ad hoc questions related to customer behaviours to get the root of the problem.
• Taking part in implementing of new systems and processes
• Taking part in supporting and remodelling/redesigning of customized software solutions

More Specifically, We Are Looking for The Following Qualifications

• Develop user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
• Facilitate clear understanding of requirements and provide regular project updates
• Assist in test plan creation and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Propose process improvements, stay updated on industry trends and contribute to best practices and methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation techniques, and tools like Azure, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
• Working experience on Program Requirements Document (PRD), BRD, SRS and Agile process
• Customer focused, setting high standards for quality and value. Work in a systematic and methodical manner, consistently achieving goals.
• Able to adapt to change, accept new ideas and initiatives and makes positive use of the opportunities presented.
• Establishes and maintains constructive and collaborative business relationships with all business areas
• Experience working closely with logistics & supply chain, Pharma & Manufacturing domains

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,239,105.57 per year
