Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective technical and functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirement clarity and successful implementation.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
• Support in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Assist in creating wireframes, process flows, and data models.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that deliverables meet requirements.
• Communicate effectively between business and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and track project performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in creating BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
