and around the world. We are seeking a performance-driven Business Analyst to unlock the

full potential of our advertising revenue streams across web and mobile platforms.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Revenue & Ad Sales Business Analyst to

support our advertising and revenue teams. This role will be responsible for gathering,

analysing, and presenting data related to advertising performance, revenue trends and

opportunities, direct and programmatic sales, and strategic business goals. You will work

cross-functionally with business, sales, ad ops, finance, engineering, and product teams to

drive data-informed decisions and ensure alignment with overall company business targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather comprehensive data and insights on company’s advertising revenue (direct,
  • programmatic, and partnerships by collaborating with Ad Operations
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales teams and leadership.
  • Summarize findings in clear, actionable presentations and updates for stakeholders.
  • Support sales forecasting, pacing, and revenue goal tracking by integrating traffic
  • analytics, audience behavior, and sports schedules
  • Work closely with Leadership/Stakeholders to determine KPIs for Sales Leads and
  • their teams.
  • Evaluate the performance of SSPs, ad networks, and direct sales campaigns.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover growth opportunities, revenue leaks, and
  • optimization areas.
  • Provide insights to product and strategy teams on monetization opportunities.


Required Skills and Expertise:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, ad revenue analysis, or sales strategy
  • preferred.
  • Understanding of digital advertising ecosystem, including:
  • Direct and programmatic ad sales
  • Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, GA, BigQuery, CleverTap etc).
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools.
  • SSPs, DSPs, ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager), header bidding, etc.
  • Familiarity with traffic patterns, sports content cycles, and engagement metrics.
  • Exceptional ability to visualize, interpret, and communicate data-driven insights.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical
  • teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.


Good to have Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree from a leading management school.
  • Experience at a media company, publisher, or ad tech platform.
  • Familiarity with ad inventory management and monetization strategies.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, revenue recognition, and sales pipeline metrics.
  • Background in economics, business, statistics, or digital marketing analytics.
