Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: 1. Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirement Gathering: o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business users, product owners, technical teams, and third-party vendors, to gather, analyze, and document requirements for API and system integrations across the organization. o Act as a primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that business and technology needs for integrations are translated into clear, detailed specifications and technical requirements for API development and third-party system integrations. 2. Documentation & Communication: o Create and manage comprehensive documentation including but not limited to Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Product Requirement Documents (PRD), integration maps, user stories, data flow diagrams, and test plans. o Maintain clear communication across teams, including tracking issues, risks, and project progress, while ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key milestones, updates, and any changes to scope or schedule. 3. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Quality Assurance: o Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for all API and system integration projects, ensuring that all integrations meet business requirements and adhere to quality standards. o Support quality assurance teams in resolving integration-related issues and ensuring successful deployment of APIs and integrated systems. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management: o Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, quality assurance (QA) engineers, and external vendors, to implement API and system integration requirements and ensure smooth integration with existing systems. o Manage multiple integration projects, balancing priorities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, and addressing any scope changes or resource constraints along the way. 5.
