About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to support our data and operations functions while driving new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify growth opportunities, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires a balance of analytical rigor, operational understanding, and a bias for execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse operational and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner with the operations team to optimise workflows, improve turnaround times, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Support the design and rollout of new business initiatives and pilot programs.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and develop data-backed recommendations to solve key business challenges.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align business objectives with operational execution.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and tracking mechanisms for new initiatives.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or operations management.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Programming languages(Python), SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in high-growth or tech-enabled environments.
• Familiarity with process automation or CRM tools
• Exposure to business process improvement or Lean methodologies.
